The number one and oldest drum wrap and laminate manufacturer is Delmar Industries. They have been making wraps going way back to the 1960's for companies like Rogers, SLingerland, Ludwig, etc.... You should try to contact Delmar directly and explain what you are looking for. http://www.delmarproducts.com/products.asp They used to send out samples on request.
