I've been using my Rockstar snare lately, I've really started to like it over the
Artwood actually. A new snare is in order though... along with a ton of
cymbals and a Pearl Icon.<edited><editID>Spoon</editID><editDate>2006-5-6 22:2:41</editDate></edited>
Haha... thanks. :)
Here are the specs for CrAzEd.
I can't remember what year I bought it though. I'm guessing late '02 or
early '03, but I'm not sure.

22x18 (aux)
20x16
16x14 (I don't have enough mounts for it, so in these pictures it's being
replaced by a Sonor 503 16x16 floor tom)
14x12
12x10
10x9
8x8

The main snare in these pictures is a 14x4 Artwood, and the side snare is
a 14x5 (I'm not possitve of the depth) Rockstar.

20" AA medium ride
20" B8 ride
18" B8 crash
18" AA china
16" B8 crash
14" B8 hats (aux)
13" B8 hats
10" AA splash

I have a few other small things as well, but until I get a rack I won't have
enough hardware to mount everything.

In that first picture it looks like you have 3 bass drums?
QUOTE]

The one on the far left is a Sonor 503 bass; not part of the kit.
I just put it there to be out of the way in my room.

Hey RockstarFLO, how do you like those EC2s? I'm considerin puttin some on my Granstar. I've heard they give a similar sound to Pinstripes but with a bit more resonance. www.myspace.com/metalsparky

Spoon, apparently you don't subscribe to Neil's theory that when you speak, your volume goes from high to low. As he said in A Work In Progress. Because your toms are set up backwards. Any reason why you do that? Don't tell me you're trying to be an Aronoff wanna-be!
No, I got this idea myself. Before I had my 20" bass drum, I could never
mount the 12" comfortable over the bass. One day I just decided to try this,
since I'd still have all three toms set up and the 12" would be off to the side.
I liked it, so it stuck.

i didnt really like like the ec2's at first, but they have grown on me. since i like my toms tuned very low, they are perfect and sound better than the g2's for the way i tune.
