How did he make it sound like that, without any muffling (i.e. using those rings or Moon Gel)?
Is it just cuz we're hearing it through the camera's mic?

1 - I don't know if we can do it Burst-less I will find out

2 to do a color match for a shell pack order will be treated as a special order drum for each component, wich will add another 120 - 150 for the shell pack, normal color matching requires you to send in the drum you are matching...not sure you would have to do that if we made the first drum that close to your next order

3 thats something you will have to work out with the dealer...I know the dealer is stuck with it (we don't take back special orders unless they are messed up) but if they think they can re-sell it you may be ok

like I said, I don't know if we can do it without the Burst...as soon as I know I will let you know
