So back in the 80's and 90's Tama had a lug on some of their premium snare drums (like the One Piece Maple for example) that was called the PAT30. It was a Gladstone style lug whose operation is the same as the ones used on the Bubinga Omnitunes. The key is the same and the principal is the same. Questions is : are the the guts the same? Can a damaged PAT30 be potentially fixed by cannibalizing an Omnitune lug?

I see on the Parts site that the whole lug is available for purchase, in all the different lengths, but none of the component parts.

Hi there!
I have one of your fantastic Omnitune Kits - thankyou for such a beautiful looking, and wonderful sounding instrument!
I'm trying to get hold of some omnitune snare lugs (the 5.5inch depth) for a custom-build aluminium snare project.

Can you tell me where I can order these from?

Best wishes,

That is the parts link. The part you should be looking for is the MPL55H. You can take this part number to an authorized TAMA dealer to order them and get a quote.

Hope this helps,
-Bill
