Why are y'all using Photobucket? Even when it was free, it was a lousy interface, full of clutter and crap.

If you'r gonna pay for photo storage, consider booting up your own web site, even if it's just for photo linking. You don't even have to make a full HTML site. Just make a directory from which you can link files.

https://www.bluehost.com

I've been using Bluehost since 1997, back when they ran servers out of a closet. I can count on one hand the number of times my site server has had an issue. Highly recommended.

I don't wanna PAY for any site. May be selfish/stupid, but that's how I feel right now. Got enough bills...

Then the best solution is to host your own server from home. Easy to set up, but speed can be limited.

You guys that have had notice from Photobucket that your 3rd party pictures will be removed - do they block them straight away or do you get a few days notice before the 3rd party content is restricted?

I'm asking because I got the email yesterday and have a few ebay listings that have Photobucket content - but as yet, the pictures are all still showing as normal. I expected to see that dreaded message all over my listings.

Last time I used eBay, their photo hosting was free. Has this changed?
