very nice.... i was thinking about that finish along side the deep forest burst which i still want. The last pic I saw of the mocha made them look like alot lighter of a color. Compared to your snare though they look darker like I thought they would look. Very nice kit though!!!

Thanks guys.
tinker, you'll enjoy them I'm sure.
NMiller... they are pretty dark, though I don't know exactly how dark you're looking to get. The last picture was taken with a very bright light on them. The first two pics are much closer to the "natural" color.

Awesome. The only thing I would do is get the decals turned right. I'm ocd that way. The Valkyrie goes well with the QMB. Clap

The bass? The best I've ever played.
It has all the power and maturity one expects from a 24" bass,
but with the clarity and articulation of a 22". Tama's description
of Bubinga...pronounced low-end, with clear highs...is surprisingly
accurate. The drum has a lot of attack, but it's not annoying or
out of balance. The drum responds immediately...rumbles, then decays
quickly. The response of the resonant head is noticeable and wonderful.

I saw a video of Bob Gatzen a drum genius in a sense, and he has mounted floor toms as well. He said if you turn the L rod from the tom mount upside down it'll give your drum a better sound. More resonance or something. Here's the link;

It's at the end of the video.

I thought it was very odd not to see the drum's badges too. Nice drums though.

They look great in those pics...the other pics i was refering to made the color look barely darker than my valkyrie snare. That color in your pics would be just fine. I have my order spec'd out for my new kit ...just waiting till after NAMM to make sure no new colors and such are coming out before putting the order in. Too big of an order to do twice and not get thrown out of the house ...lmao Once again...very nice kit!!

Beautiful finish, I think I like it even better than the ones I just bought in Natural Cordia. I know they sound fantastic, the best wood for drums ever! Unbelievable I cant stop playing !!!!
