I knew someone would say I look like Kenny.

The yammies were just in the club, you did notice I covered the name up.

It's taken some time but we got a full song done. I Want To Break Free by Queen. The singer does do this one very well.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=acQ2ukRNNlM

We cut out a guitar solo and put in a keyboard solo like it should have been but nothing else was changed or fix. It was the first take and I don't know why the guitar player did the solo but this take came out best out of four so we used this one and had the keyboard play over dub his solo.

Yep that's the one. I'll wait a bit and see if anyone deciphers my reference. If not I'll post the appropriate links.

Nice drumming btw, and yes you look sorta like Kenny. Clap

Thanks, not about the Kenny thing but about the drumming. It's good that you can still play a song and not put too much drumming in it and drummers can still see the value. It's not just about the drums but about the song and the band as a whole. You can go much father with a group than you can by yourself. You know I didn't get the George Costanza reference and now I'm dying to find out!

Sounds great but I would like it better at it's normal speed.

Really? We like it that way. It came about by me playing it one time in practice a little too fast so as a joke I started it a lot slower. Everybody thought it was cool so we just started doing this way. We do need to find just the right tempo for us.

Just personal preference. With songs I know and love I usually don't even like the orig. artists changing them up at all. I'm weird that way.
