Hey everyone,

I am currently on a quest to find an 18" tom to add to my kit. I'm currently playing on an older Superstar kit, which Tama doesn't make any more, with a 10" 12" 13" and 16" tom, with the 13" acting as a floor tom.

I'm looking to add an 18" to the mix, but cannot seem to find a suitable one. I'm pretty sure the shells are birch, and I'd like to find a tom with a similar tone. I really like the through lugs and die cast hoops (although I could always buy them later).

I'd also like to stay with Tama, but I'm keeping an open mind.

Any suggestions?
