Ok i'll address the issue of people not being able to view certain threads since i've seen a whole thread on it. Things are still be tweaked since the forums overhaul just wait it out, It will be fixed. The only other reason why this might be happening is that people might be trying to view threads that have been locked and moved.

there should really be more FAQ's that include how to navigate through the forum. some sort of instructions on forum use. FAQ's & guidelines for new member's for example. i.e. how many post before you become a senior member for instance? new members do not have access to that information in this FAQ's thread.

My dad and I have been doing automotive paint and body work for years and i decided i want to make my kit a little more reflective of myself. Its not an expensive kit or anything, just a set of 08 imperialstars, but i was wondering (first) if i could actually do anything to the wrap as far as sanding and painting and (second) what kind of paint should i use?
We're very professional and have all the equipment and comfotability to do this, but i just wanted to be careful.
Thanks.

Hi, i'm looking to buy some starclassic maple toms but my local retailer (guitar center) on sells certain sizes. Are there any places or websites that sell the sizes 8x7, 10x8, and 12x9? If not, how do i place a special order?

Unless you find something on ebay or craigslist, your gonna have to go back to guitar center and get ready for a 5 month wait, while they custom order them for you. Sucks...what finish are you looking for?
What matters is not the length of the wand, but the magic in the stick.

Go to Interstate Music http://www.interstatemusic.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/StoreCatalogDisplay?catalogId=10021&storeId=10051 You can order all sizes of Tama Starclassic Maple Toms, Bass Drums, Floor Toms through them. I have ordered several Tama drums through them with great satisfaction. Keep in mind, you will still have to wait 4-5 months for Starclassic Maple drums.

Is it at all possible to turn a double pedal into two singles? Just curious.

Hello, I am now a proud owner of a 6 piece Tama Starclassic Birch series drum set with the Diamond Dust/Silver sparkle finish. I wanted to know if the Tama Logo heads with the starclassic logo in the gold writing are available for purchase anywhere. I have not been able to find them myself.

I bought some of the gold Tama logos from a guy on Ebay. They look just like factory logos. This is the guy I bought mine from: http://cgi.ebay.com/Tama...&hash=item3eff63472a

Can someone help me? I want to contact a Tama administrator directly. How can I do it?
Is there an email address or a phone number that I can get?
